What does the service cover?
The service covers the entire process. This includes drafting all the relevant documentation, official filing fees. However you will be responsible for picking up the completed documents from cac office in your location, Lagos or we can arrange for it to be sent by courier to you at your cost.
What is the registration process?
Once payment is made, we will do a name search with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Once the name is approved we will draft all the necessary documents for your review and signature. Once we receive the signed documents from your end and a scan of your means of identification and a passport photograph, we will file the documents with the CAC.
